Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Engineer to design and build large-scale distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance. You will drive architectural decisions, set technical standards, and lead engineering teams in building scalable, high-performance solutions. Experience with AI platforms and models will be key in shaping next-generation capabilities.

• Architect scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems
• Provide technical leadership across the development lifecycle

Qualifications

• Strong experience in designing and building large-scale distributed systems
• Expertise in creating highly available and fault-tolerant architectures
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms and production deployments
• Proficiency in Java, Go, or Python
• Exposure to information retrieval systems is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
