PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Own the creation and maintenance of clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for Netcore

Cloud’s AI-powered customer engagement and personalization platforms. This role ensures product features and workflows are easy to understand and adopt, reducing dependency on engineering teams and enabling self-serve adoption at scale.

KEY OUTCOMES THIS ROLE OWNS

• Clear, structured documentation enabling self-serve feature adoption
• Reduced dependency on engineering for onboarding and usage queries
• Consistent understanding of product features and workflows across all audiences
• Improved product adoption and usability through high-quality documentation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain product documentation including feature guides and integration guides
• Write API and developer documentation for integrations and platform capabilities
• Document workflows, use cases, and configurations clearly for diverse audiences
• Develop onboarding materials, FAQs, and contextual help content
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams
• Maintain documentation accuracy and ensure updates align with each product release
• Maintain consistency in terminology, style, and information architecture
• Identify and close documentation gaps proactively
• Structure content for usability and discoverability across different user personas

• Users can adopt new features with minimal engineering or support intervention
• Documentation is accurate, up to date, and easy to navigate
• Engineering dependency for onboarding and usage queries is measurably reduced
• Onboarding experience is consistently rated positively by customers and internal teams

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of technical writing experience in a SaaS or product company
• Proven experience writing API documentation, developer guides, and integration

documentation

• Excellent writing, editing, and information-structuring skills
• Strong collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy
• Highly collaborative mindset with cross-functional stakeholder management
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with product changes
• Ability to manage multiple documentation initiatives simultaneously
