Job Title: Assistant Manager - Business Support & Control

Job Location: India (Remote)

Experience: 3+ Years

Employment Type: 8 months contract

Role Summary:

Looking for a detail-oriented professional with 2–3 years of banking experience (preferably in Asset Management) to manage operational issues related to equity and fixed income trade execution and settlements across MENA markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle trade execution and settlement-related operational issues
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with KYC and due diligence requirements
• Support workflow automation and efficiency initiatives

Qualification:

• Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant banking experience
• Good understanding of banking processes, KYC, and asset management
