Role & responsibilities candidate will need to be result oriented and have excellent English communication skills. Experience dealing with American Clients is a must. Preferred candidate profile
Scheduling appointments over the phone
- Making outbound sales calls and cold calling
- Lead Generation with B2B and B2C
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Maintain communication with various parties over the phone or by email
- Following any given scripts, if any, when handling different topics
- Identifying customers needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Maintaining quality and compliance and completing work in a timely manner
- Representing the Company with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by taking the extra mile
- Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of complaints
- Support the office administrative activities
- Generate leads, makes sales calls including cold calls and follow-up marketing calls.
- Close deals and achieve sales target
- Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts
- Update databases and customer records
- Identify new products to add to those on offer
- IT support, facilitating weekly computer backups, software upgrades and organization
- Mentoring new colleagues when needed to efficiently perform all assigned tasks
- Supporting marketing efforts and continuing to grow personally and professionally in the business.
