We are looking for a smart and responsible staff member who can manage online selling inventory, coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers, source trending products, and maintain central warehouse stock for platforms like Meesho, Amazon, and Flipkart etc. Key Responsibilities: Track daily inventory of online selling products Maintain proper central stock records and updates Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for stock availability Source new trending and profitable products Visit manufacturing units and supplier warehouses for product checking and coordination Check product quality, finishing, packing, and stock availability physically when required Monitor inward and outward stock movement Ensure products are available before running ads or sales Manage SKU-wise inventory and stock reports Coordinate with packing and dispatch team Handle low-stock alerts and restocking process Maintain Excel sheets or inventory software records Reduce stock mismatch and order cancellation issues Requirements:Must have own bike for supplier and warehouse visits Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management Experience in e-commerce operations preferred Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple products and suppliers Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented candidate Knowledge of Meesho, Amazon, or Flipkart operations is a plus Preferred Skills: Product sourcing knowledge Vendor management Stock auditing Warehouse coordination
