Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Accounts Executive to join our team. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
• Provide product demonstrations and explain features to promote sales
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize store revenue
• Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
• Maintain merchandise displays, ensure products are well-stocked, and organized
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
• Process returns, exchanges, and manage cashiering responsibilities efficiently
• Support store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or product demos
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
• Experience in merchandising, upselling, and customer service excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate organizational skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques including product knowledge and technical sales is advantageous

Pay: $17.20-$22.67 per hour
