Our technicians work on the frontlines of India’s digital revolution, ensuring seamless network rollout and uptime in challenging field conditions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and splice fiber optic and copper cables across aerial, underground, and indoor environments.
• Perform end-to-end cable laying operations using trenching, ducting, and pulling techniques in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct OTDR testing, loss measurement, and fault localization to ensure cable performance meets SLA requirements.
• Document cable routes, splicing points, and test results using digital tools and maintain GIS/asset records.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet rollout timelines while adhering to OSHA, TEC, and telecom regulatory compliance.
• Respond to field emergencies, perform cable repairs, and restore connectivity with minimal downtime.
