Job Description

Exp 12 - 15 Yrs

Role Summary: Responsible for leading and coordinating DevOps, release, and build-related project activities Multiple Mobile projects. This includes planning and onboarding new customers, ensuring smooth coordination with the Project Management team, and overseeing automation of building pipelines and operational processes. This role requires strong cross-team collaboration, dependency tracking, environment readiness, strong engagement with project managers including the ability to push back where required.

Skill set / Responsibilities

Essential: Project / Delivery Management Skills:

• DevOps Plan & Build Coordination: Tracking roadmaps, sprints, builds, customer onboarding, documentation.
• Release Support: Preparing release packages, readiness checks, change governance, automation oversight.
• Operational Coordination: Handling escalations, recurring issue analysis, dashboards.
• Agile PM: Sprint planning, velocity tracking, dependency/risk management.
• Process Improvement: Identifying gaps, enhancing automation, promoting best practices. Cross-Team Collaboration:
• Act as the central coordination point across Development, QA, DevOps, Infra/Cloud Operations, and Support teams.
• Facilitate daily/weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, release readiness reviews, and stakeholder sync-ups.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and blockers clearly and proactively to UK project managers and internal PM teams.
• Ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and timelines across all participating teams.

Technical Skills:

• Exposure to mobile app build processes (Android/iOS), app packaging, or release workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Understanding cloud deployment models (Azure / AWS)
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and architecture. Leadership Skills:
• Strong stakeholder management, especially coordinating with UK-based project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to anticipate risks and proactively drive mitigation.
• Decision-making based on delivery data and team inputs. Personal Attributes:
