This role is a leadership position that will partner directly with our sales leadership team to shape and execute Nebius’ go-to-market strategy and driving operational excellence across the full revenue lifecycle for our US market.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, process, and execution, and requires strong partnership with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Product and Marketing to drive predictable revenue growth. You will own sales planning, performance management, forecasting, and operational excellence, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders. Planning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Sales Leadership to define and execute on go-to-market strategies that are aligned to the company’s growth goals</li> <li>Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design, capacity modeling, and quota setting</li> <li>Support the go-to-market strategy for the US market, including segment definition, coverage model and sales motions</li> <li>Oversee quarterly and annual business reviews with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operational Excellence &amp; Process Optimization</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, optimize and scale sales processes across the sales funnel to promote deal velocity</li> <li>Own sales forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting</li> <li>Establish and monitor key KPIs and dashboards to assess business performance, along with the needed operating cadences to drive accountability</li> <li>Improve sales productivity through process simplification, tooling, and enablement initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data, Insights &amp; Performance Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Translate insights into actionable strategies that influence investment decisions, resource allocation, and GTM priorities</li> <li>Promote data-driven decision-making as a core operational discipline across the sales function</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Product and Marketing</li> <li>Support alignment between demand generation, sales execution and target setting</li> <li>Be able to drive change management with cross-functional teams for new processes, tools or operating models</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">We expect you to have:</span></span></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 8-15+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or related roles, including 3+ years managing teams.</li> <li><strong>Proven Impact: </strong>Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations and building processes in high-growth SaaS/tech environments.</li> <li><strong>Strategic &amp; Analytical:</strong> Strong problem solver with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision making.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative Leader:</strong> Good communicator and influencer with a track record of building trust across Senior Stakeholders</li> <li><strong>Process-Oriented</strong>: Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritize, and execute at pace.</li> <li><strong>Technical Acumen:</strong> Proficiency with sales productivity tools;
