ElevenLabs Developer + Full Stack Developer

Navion Labs is building practical AI tools that solve real operational problems. We’re looking for a hands-on, highly motivated developer who is excited about voice AI, automation, and building scalable products from the ground up.

• Role Overview

We are hiring a developer with strong experience in ElevenLabs (voice AI integration) and full stack development. You’ll be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered voice applications and web-based platforms.

This is not a maintenance role. You’ll help architect, build, and launch products.

• What You'll Be Working On
• Integrating ElevenLabs API for voice agents, text-to-speech, and conversational AI
• Building full stack web applications from scratch
• Designing backend systems and APIs
• Deploying and managing cloud infrastructure
• Improving latency, performance, and scalability of AI systems
• Working closely with leadership to rapidly prototype and launch new features
• Technical Requirements
• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Backend experience (Node.js preferred)
• Frontend frameworks (React / Next.js preferred)
• Experience integrating APIs, especially AI platforms
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with ElevenLabs or other voice AI platforms is a major plus
• Understanding of system architecture and scaling
