Job Description
Customer Support Associate (US Process) - REMOTE
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th passed or Graduate
- Fluency in English
- Computer knowledge
- Immediate joiner preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely resolutions
- Manage customer interactions via calls, chat, and email
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications
- Follow company policies and service standards
- Contribute to team and customer satisfaction goals
Shift Hours & Pay Scale:
- Full time 35 to 40 hours in a week | Part time 15 to 20 hours in a week
- Rs. 150 / hour
- Flexible for night shift
Technical Requirements:
- Stable LAN/Ethernet internet connection mandatory
- Processor requirement: Intel i5 8th Generation / Intel i3 11th Generation or above, or equivalent AMD processors
- Latest version of Windows 11 required (Mac systems are not supported)
- Dual-screen setup is preferred and considered an advantage. A secondary display may include an additional monitor, laptop, television, or similar device.
