- Collaborate with software engineers to prototype innovative ideas and engage with architects to validate designs in broader contexts
- Design and develop software focusing on automation of build, test, and deployment processes while promoting software engineering best practices
- Define and oversee engineering solutions with emphasis on automation, resilience, security, performance, and scalability
- Work within a platform or feature team to design and engineer complex software, scripts, and tools for delivering bank platforms and services
- Develop architecture models and roadmaps for software components to meet business requirements and drive usability across products
- Implement working code, apply Agile methodologies, and utilize DevOps techniques for software development
Qualifications Required:
- Significant experience in software engineering, software/database design, and architecture within a DevOps and Agile framework
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, technologies, and tools with a focus on scalability, automation, and performance optimization
- Strong leadership skills in guiding software development teams and executing technical strategies
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud Operations, and cost optimization
- Experience in designing and implementing APIs, working with relational and NoSQL databases, and Azure services such as Kubernetes, APIM, and Azure Insights Role Overview:
