About the Role

National Wireless is seeking a driven and personable Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative to join our growing Corporate Account Support Team at our East Oakville Head Office. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for medium and enterprise business clients across Canada, delivering exceptional support and helping them navigate the right Telecom and Technology Solutions for their unique needs.

This is an on-site, full-time position at our Oakville Head Office. Candidates must be legally eligible for full-time employment in Canada

What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns and proactively engage existing clients
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that solve real business challenges and improve client operations
  • Process orders accurately and manage our online ordering platform
  • Provide responsive support for online ordering, website, and customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to meet targets and support strategic campaigns
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and keep customer databases up to date
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Oakville Head Office

Who You Are

  • Experienced in customer support, inside sales, or a client-facing role, preferably in telecommunications or a related technology field
  • A confident problem-solver who takes pride in delivering solutions that make a real difference
  • Passionate about technology and able to explain complex concepts clearly to any audience
  • Current on telecom and technology trends, with a desire to keep learning
  • Comfortable and agile in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • An outstanding communicator with strong active listening and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with above-average keyboarding skills

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or sales; telecommunications and technology experience is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with computer systems, software, and web-based platforms
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and/or service desk tools is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile devices
  • Basic IT, networking knowledge, or coding experience is an asset
  • Inventory management experience (purchasing, receiving, shipping) is an asset
  • Must hold a valid work visa for full-time employment in Canada
  • Must be available to work on-site at our Oakville Head Office — this role is not available remotely
