Job Description
Location - Technology Centre, Bengaluru
Educational Qualification -
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Technical Writing is a plus.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and technical documentation.
- Experience in software development projects, preferably related to digital identity, authentication, or government platforms.
Primary Skills:
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with documentation tools (Microsoft Word, Confluence, JIRA).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Secondary Skills:
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Basic understanding of identity management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
Job Profile
- Gather and analyze project requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Develop clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
- Prepare user manuals, API reference guides, integration documentation, and compliance checklists.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure proper documentation coverage.
- Support training programs and knowledge transfer documentation.
