Your role:
- Develop and maintain an efficient administrative structure
- Optimize work processes
- Assign and supervise operational and administrative tasks within the team
- Oversee team members’ schedules and vacation planning
- Contribute to understanding and participating in the year-end performance evaluation process
- Actively participate in recruiting new team members
- Support onboarding, training, and coaching of new support staff
- Handle various equipment and service requests for team members
- Act as the first point of contact for understanding key HR policies

Prerequisites:
- College diploma with 8+ years of experience OR a bachelor’s degree with 5–6 years of experience
- Experience in people management or coaching
- Strong ability to plan and organize work based on volume, resources, and priorities
- Experience in process and operations optimization is a strong asset
