As a Director, Digital Marketing Analytics at Nasdaq, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital marketing team by spearheading the development of the digital marketing data infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on creating advanced business intelligence dashboards to provide critical insights, improve revenue attribution, and enhance customer journey understanding.
- *Primary Responsibilities:**
- Innovate and develop database architectures to gather and organize data for generating interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau.
- Handle various data sources including Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Marketo, BigQuery, Google Analytics 360, and others.
- Facilitate seamless data integration and transformation across applications, ensuring effective data flow.
- Respond to ad hoc requests for data extraction, transformation, and loading from different systems and tools.
- Design and implement efficient automated ETL processes for streamlined data management.
- Play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy, adherence to governance protocols, and proposing new data-centric products aligned with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with legal and privacy departments to ensure data processes comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in a Data Engineering role or similar capacity.
- Preference for candidates with a background in Marketing Data Engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for large-scale data set ETL operations.
- Experience in modern data technology stacks like Google Big Query, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
- Familiarity with public cloud services such as Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS.
- Knowledge of data warehouse architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting/analytics tools.
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, Datorama.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Segment, Tealium Audience Stream, or Adobe Real-Time CDP.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Pardot (MAP), and web data sets from Google Analytics.
- Experience in assembling complex data sets to meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
