Staff Product Designer

You will be instrumental in transforming complex challenges into simple, guided, and intelligent solutions.</span></p> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Day-to-day</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Lead the UX vision and strategy</strong> for your assigned product pillar, designing seamless and connected experiences for both retailers (merchants) and their end-customers (consumers).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Design for complex systems:</strong> Tackle ambiguous problem spaces and drive the design for sophisticated workflows, configuration tools, and data-rich interfaces that are both powerful and intuitive.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Collaborate deeply:</strong> Work in a tight, strategic partnership with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex business needs into elegant and effective design solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Mentor and elevate:</strong> Act as a leader and mentor within the design team, elevating the craft, improving our processes, and helping to grow our junior talent.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Communicate with impact:</strong> Clearly articulate your design rationale and vision to stakeholders at all levels, from your immediate pod to the executive team.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Champion a strong foundation:</strong> Partner with your peers to establish and evolve a scalable information architecture and consistent interaction models for the future of the Narvar platform.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>7+ years of experience</strong> in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex B2B SaaS applications, enterprise tools, consumer-facing applications, and your ability to drive projects from concept to launch.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Strategic product thinker:</strong> You're passionate about understanding the "why" behind the work and can partner effectively with product management to define the product vision, not just execute on features.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Systems thinker:</strong> You have proven experience untangling complex, fragmented systems and designing logical, user-centric solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Expert in interaction design:</strong> You can translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and guided user experiences.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Excellent communicator:</strong> You can clearly articulate your design decisions and influence a wide range of stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Fluency in leveraging AI tools</strong> throughout your design process, from research and synthesis to interactive prototyping.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Why Narvar?</strong></span></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We're on a mission to simplify the everyday lives of consumers.
