Accounts Receivable Specialist (remote)

Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: India (Remote)

Hours: Full Time

Napster is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Finance team. You’ll support the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and cash application. You’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, and helping maintain healthy cash flow across the business.

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and customer inquiries promptly.

Maintain customer account records, including billing details, payment terms, and contact information.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance) to resolve invoicing or payment issues.

Reconcile accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end close activities.

Utilize accounting software to manage invoicing, collections tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, including collections and cash application.

Proficiency in accounting software.

Experience with billing and collections tools or ERP systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

Proficiency in NetSuite.
