Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accountant and Payroll Administrator to manage our company’s financial operations. While the core responsibility will be full-cycle accounting, including ledger management, reconciliations, and tax preparation, the role will also oversee payroll processes and assist with key administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company ledgers, journal entries, and general accounting activities.
- Execute accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain financial records to facilitate seamless tax filing and audits.
- Support office administration, including budgeting, expense tracking, and office operations, ensuring smooth financial flow for the office and pantry needs.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain and update the company’s LinkedIn presence, ensuring financial milestones and successes are highlighted.
- We’re looking for a candidate with strong accounting experience, a detail-oriented approach, and a proactive mindset to bridge financial and administrative functions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
