Finance Supervisor: Accounts Payable Remote

The AP Supervisor will oversee vendor invoice processing and payment operations, working to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial transactions. A proactive approach and effective communication are necessary to foster strong vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations
• Manage invoice processing and timely payments
• Oversee weekly payment approvals with Treasury
• Address vendor account discrepancies promptly

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience essential

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite
