Mining Heavy Equipment Operators - Syncrude-Aurora - 14/7 - Transportation Provided - Fort McMurray, AB
North American Construction Group is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators (Articulating Truck) for their Syncrude-Aurora mining site near Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is a great opportunity for experienced operators to join a leading company in the heavy construction and mining industry. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, well-organized, and have significant experience operating articulating haul trucks in mining or civil environments.

What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Articulating Haul Truck Operator on civil or mining projects
- Experience driving in mine areas and congested areas
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- High school diploma, GED, or post-secondary education (asset)
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to join International Union of Operating Engineers Local 955
- Subject to random drug and alcohol testing
- Must pass Breath Alcohol Test, Urine Drug Test, Fitness-to-Work Assessment, Audiometric Testing, Vision Screening, and Criminal Record Check
- Required certifications: CSO or BSO, OHS, Silica Awareness, Field Ergonomics, Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness, Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness
- Copy of valid driver’s license, recent driver’s abstract, and VOID cheque/direct deposit form
