Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR to manage and strengthen HR operations across all outlets. This is a hands-on, on-ground role requiring strong ownership, discipline, and execution.

Note: Candidates must have prior experience in hospitality or F&B. Applications from non-hospitality backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring for service staff, kitchen teams, and support roles
• Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline to ensure timely staffing
• Ensure availability of backup staff and reduce dependency gaps
• Handle complete onboarding with proper structure and documentation
• Develop and implement HR policies (attendance, leave, shifts, and payroll coordination)
• Monitor discipline including attendance, punctuality, and shift adherence
• Work closely with department heads for daily coordination
• Conduct regular employee check-ins and maintain engagement
• Handle employee concerns, exits, and on-ground HR issues

• Improve attendance tracking and leave accountability
• Bring structure to HR policies and processes
• Ensure regular communication and employee engagement
• Maintain discipline and smooth workforce operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality industry is mandatory
• Prior experience in handling end-to-end HR independently preferred
• Strong execution skills with ability to manage operations on-ground
• Ability to build and implement HR systems and processes
• Confident in handling workforce challenges and employee relations

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
