Overview Tutulu, LLC seeks a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team as an Operations Officer in administrative services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative programs and provide critical support to ACC, DASA(DES), and their associated organizations. As an Operations Officer, you will play a key role in delivering administrative and business management support for both ongoing and emerging programs.
You will support the DASA(DES) Tasker Team by managing tasker tracking, monitoring progress, and ensuring seamless coordination and oversight. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving program requirements.
Requirements Requirements Current active Secret DoD clearance Information Consolidation: Gather and integrate subject matter expert insights and recommendations on hardware, software, and Army acquisition data to support capability fielding and analysis Policy and Procedure Recommendations: Advise the government on policies, procedures, and integration requirements to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met at the SoS level Representation and Feedback: Represent DASA(DES) leadership in government working groups, integrated product teams, and planning meetings; provide feedback and actionable recommendations Executive Reporting: Deliver executive-level summaries of tasks and meetings, ensuring timely updates to DES leadership Tasker Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming taskers; track progress throughout the acquisition lifecycle, provide weekly updates, and submit detailed summaries Project Awareness: Maintain awareness of assigned projects, delivering timely updates to government officials as changes occur Briefing Material Preparation: Develop and deliver briefing materials addressing process, planning, budget, test, logistics, program management, and acquisition decisions SharePoint Administration: Manage the Organizational Operations SharePoint site, including data updates, user access management, and requirement implementation with developers Administrative Support: Provide rotational administrative services to support DASA(DES) leadership, including managing reception, scheduling, and responding to high-level information requests Correspondence Management: Act as the primary POC with ASA(ALT) Staff Action Control Office for preparing, staffing, and tracking executive correspondence Facility and IT Coordination: Liaise with NEC for teleconference and communication needs, maintain participant access logs, and track facility-related maintenance in the DES Facility Tracking Log Backup Support: Provide ad-hoc support for conference room scheduling, VTC operations, and other administrative needs as required Skills: Experience with MS Teams, SharePoint, and Office365 applications strongly desired Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience working a high visibility/HQ environment Ability to work in a high pace environment Education: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, or Organization and Management is preferred Experience with ETMS system preferred Security Clearance: A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance is/may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
