Municipal / Civil / Site Servicing Engineer or EIT

Current projects include commercial, hospitality, religious and residential projects of all scales.

With a staff of 15 people, we are currently looking to expand and are accepting resumes from Municipal Engineers.

Candidates must be proficient with the Ontario Building Code, AutoCAD, should have an excellent understanding of Site servicing , grading and Storm Water Management . Should have good organizational and communication skills, be self-starters and self-motivated.

High proficiency in English is a must.

Qualifications include

• P.Eng is a must
• University Degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.

Duties include

• Analyze and develop Site Grading Plans
• Analyze and develop Site Servicing Plans
• Analyze and develop Erosion Control and Sedimentation Plans.
• Able to develop and write the Storm Water Management Report
• Able to develop and write Functional Studies
• Assist in the development of Site Plans and Plans of Sub-Divisions.
• Doing Cost Estimates for the city.
• Other Drawings, reports and studies as required by the Municipality
• Prepare manual and CAD (computer-assisted design) drawings, specifications, cost estimates and listings of quantities of material from conceptual drawings and instructions
• Prepare contract and bidding documents
• Supervise drafters, technicians and technologists on the architectural team
• Supervise construction projects and co-ordinate, monitor and inspect work done by others.

Pay: $45,000.00-$82,500.00 per year
