Lead Network Engineer / L4 Network Engineer – Routing & Switching

Support local and global enterprise network infrastructure

• Troubleshoot complex network incidents (P1/P2 issues)
• Lead technical troubleshooting and guide L2/L3 engineers
• Perform network upgrades, improvements and change activities
• Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve network issues
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability
• Participate in incident management and RCA preparation
• Maintain documentation and network standards
• Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Routing and Switching
• Experience with BGP, OSPF, MPLS, WAN technologies
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or Juniper devices
• Experience in Network Operations (L3/L4 support)
• Good understanding of Incident, Problem and Change management
• Experience with network monitoring tools
• Knowledge of VPN, Firewalls, Load balancers is a plus
• ITIL knowledge preferred

Experience Required:

9+ years in Network Engineering / Network Operations

Preferred Certifications:

• CCNA / CCNP (Preferred)
• ITIL Certification (Good to have)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
