- Implementing and maintaining network security measures such as firewalls, WAF, VPNs, and NSG/SG
- Utilizing monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, and Grafana to maintain service health and performance
- Collaborating with teams to document network incidents, resolutions, and best practices
- Supporting continuous improvement of network operations, monitoring, and automation processes

- Hands-on expertise in network operations and L2/L3 troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, LAN/WAN technologies, including Cisco LAN switches and routers
- Experience managing cloud networking infrastructure in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Advanced skills in network security operations: firewalls, WAF, VPN, NSG/SG
- Proficiency in monitoring and alerting tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, and Grafana
- Ability to perform root cause analysis for network incidents, especially P1/P2 issues
