Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (Performance-Based Growth)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Music Producer who can create, arrange, mix, and deliver songs consistently.

This is not for hobby producers.

This is for someone who can work daily, deliver fast, and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Produce beats and full songs (Trap,Pop, R&B, Punjabi preferred)
• Arrange, mix & master tracks
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Deliver tracks within deadlines
• Collaborate with artists, writers, and team
• Maintain high-quality sound standards

Output Expectations:

• 20–30 beats/month OR
• 8–12 full songs/month (depending on project)

Consistency is key.

Compensation

• Fixed: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month
• Performance-based growth
• Bonuses on high-volume or premium projects

Ideal Candidate:

• Skilled in DAWs (Logic Pro X, FL Studio, Ableton, etc.)
• Strong understanding of mixing & mastering
• Fast workflow (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Open to feedback & revisions
• Team player (no ego issues)
• Passion for Trap,Pop, R&B, Punjabi music

• Daily work required (not freelance mindset)
• 30-day evaluation period
• Speed + Quality both required
