The purpose of the role is to achieve the targeted people strength with desirable productivity level for Branch Business and ensure smooth implementation of all Human resource related activities. Additionally the role holder needs to collaboratively work with cross functional stakeholders to deliver on people & culture outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Productivity enhancement and achieving targeted numbers for Branch Business
Track & Reviewing productivity of the branch employees at regular intervals as per productivity benchmark
Ensure PIP/action plan is executed effectively within the stated time frame
Anchor detailed discussions of employees on PIP with their mentors as planned
Plan and execute hiring of wealth managers for various locations in the channel through mass mailing, posting on social media, consultants and in house educational institutions
Scheduling and facilitating interviews with various stakeholders along with salary negotiation of candidates of direct hires with the final consent of Zonal Head / Business Head
Support daily HR related activities for all employees
Coordinate with centralized talent acquisition team for all joining in the branch and engage the new joiner.
Ensure employee joining formalities is completed along with verification of certificates
Ensure new joiner induction is conducted as per the standard induction plan
Maintain appraisal MIS and track completion of the same for the channel
Conduct exit interviews and process full and final and PF settlement for employees leaving the organization
Manage attendance and leave of all employees under their respective zones and ensure timely salary processing
Address general employee queries on a regular basis and ensure closures of the same within TAT
Ensure all letters like absconding, transfers, promotions, relieving etc are being issued on time; coordinate with the respective personnel to ensure this is on time
Collaborate with cross functional teams
Work closely with the business leaders to build a succession bench strength for all critical roles.
Collaborating with HR COEs to execute developmental interventions from time to time.
Work with Central employee engagement and ensure events like birthdays, anniversaries, key milestones, and festival celebrations are delivered.
Be a SPOC for training co-ordinations with the training department and support in ensuring 100% attendance at any given point of time
KEY SKILLS & BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES
Knowledge in BFSI sector, implementing best in industry HR practices, statutory compliances and labour laws.
Business acumen – understanding the impact of the latest economy and industry trends
Effective workforce expansion – ability to find and attract right people for the right role
Organizational Development mindset – thinking systematically and holistically, implementing professional development plans that increases skillset and make people feel valued. Always being accessible and approachable to the people
Understanding of process related to employment cycle i.e. onboarding, promotion, lateral movement, physical employee movement and exiting
Hands on working knowledge on excel

Minimum Qualification:
MBA / Postgraduate in Human ResourcesNature of Experience:
Minimum 8-12 years of overall experience, with at least one reasonable stint (5+ years) in a NBFC / Bank / Financial sector space
