Global PR & Communications Lead

Multiplier is building a world without limits.

As we scale globally, we’re looking for a high-agency PR leader to build and operate a world-class earned media engine.

This is not a traditional PR role. This is a builder role.

What you’ll do

You will own global earned media strategy end-to-end across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC.

This means

• Defining what stories we tell — and why they matter
• Creating news, not waiting for it
• Turning data, insights, and founder POV into Tier 1 media visibility

You’ll sit at the intersection of:

…and ensure Multiplier shapes the global conversation around work, compliance, and expansion

What you’ll own

• Global earned media strategy across key markets
• Tier 1 media relationships (business + tech press)
• Newsjacking and rapid-response narratives
• Data-led storytelling and insight-driven announcements
• Founder thought leadership and bylines
• Competitive share-of-voice strategy
• External PR agency management

You will not wait for stories. You will create them.

What success looks like

• Consistent Tier 1 media coverage globally
• Strong share of voice vs competitors
• A visible, always-on media pipeline
• Founder presence in high-authority publications
• Earned media that drives traffic, credibility, and pipeline
• Strong visibility across emerging channels (including LLMs)

Who you are

• 5–8+ years in strategic PR / communications
• Proven track record with Tier 1 media placements
• Strong writer — you can draft compelling narratives independently
• Experience working across global markets
• Data-fluent — you turn insights into stories
• Highly proactive, fast-moving, and accountable
