We are seeking a strategic and empathetic Communications Lead specializing in Change Management to guide our organization through critical growth and transformation phases. Based out of our Hyderabad hub, you will design and execute communication strategies that minimize resistance, maximize employee adoption, and foster a transparent corporate culture during periods of significant change.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between leadership vision and employee experience, ensuring that internal shifts—whether strategic, structural, or technological—are communicated clearly, timely, and with high empathy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Change Communications Strategy
- Transformation Messaging: Develop comprehensive communication frameworks for major organizational changes, translating complex corporate shifts into clear, relatable, and actionable messages for diverse teams.
- Impact & Stakeholder Analysis: Assess the impact of upcoming changes on different team dynamics and customize communication channels (emails, town halls, FAQs, video messages) accordingly.
- Feedback Loops: Establish reliable feedback channels to gauge employee sentiment, address anxieties, and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
2. Leadership & Executive Advisory
- Coaching & Enablement: Partner with senior leadership and managers to equip them with the narrative tools, talking points, and techniques needed to lead their direct reports through transitions confidently.
- Tone & Culture Management: Ensure all executive communications maintain a balance of candor and support, reinforcing trust and psychological safety across the organization.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- HR & Recruitment Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure internal culture shifts align with onboarding, employer branding, and retention strategies.
- Resistance Mitigation: Proactively identify potential friction points within teams and design targeted communication interventions to smoothly navigate workplace dynamics.
Required Profiles & Qualifications
- Experience: 6–10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, with at least 3+ years dedicated to Internal Communications, Change Management, or Organizational Development.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter’s 8-Step Model) is highly desirable.
- Key Skills:
- Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and a deep understanding of human psychology during organizational transitions.
- Masterful written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex updates with clarity and warmth.
- Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships and guiding cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
Strong executive presence to advise and align senior directors and managers
