Senior Manufacturing Engineer Driving Process Improvements and Cost Reductions

Shape manufacturing excellence as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Drive accuracy in bills of materials and master files while fostering process improvements and overseeing new product introductions in a dynamic environment. This role demands at least five years of experience in manufacturing engineering. You will ensure 98% accuracy in essential documents, coordinate efficient ECNs, and contribute to ergonomic evaluations.

• Ensure accuracy in bills of materials and part numbering
• Coordinate new product introductions and supplier selection
• Develop plant layout and process improvement strategies
• Conduct ergonomic evaluations and methods enhancements
• Research and report on productivity improvements Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree in engineering
• Minimum five years' relevant manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
