We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to support the company’s growth objectives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting sales activities across different product verticals.
This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Lead Generation & Market Development
Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, exhibitions, social platforms, and networking.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Support negotiations and help close orders in coordination with senior management.
Work closely with product, technical, and service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Good Excel/PowerPoint and documentation skills.
Comfortable with field visits and travel.
Experience: 2–4 years in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Engagement but freshers are also welcome.
Experience in industrial, engineering, or equipment-related industries is an added advantage but not mandatory.
