• Lead celebrity outreach and onboarding, aligned with brand positioning
• Drive top-tier influencer collaborations, focusing on quality and brand fit
• Leverage existing networks across celebrity managers, stylists, influencers, and media to unlock opportunities
• Conceptualize and drive PR-led brand moments, including curated events and influencer engagements
• Collaborate on campaign shoots involving celebrity/influencer talent, ensuring strong brand integration
• Independently manage and execute end-to-end talent-led initiatives with speed and impact
