Programming & Activities Coordinator

Job Overview

The Programming & Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading engaging programming for children ages 0–6 in our play space. This role ensures daily activities are developmentally appropriate, structured, creative, and aligned with our brand experience.

This person helps transform our space from “just open play” into a vibrant, community-driven destination.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a weekly programming schedule (music, art, sensory play, yoga, themed events, etc.)
• Lead or oversee Mommy & Me classes, music time, art sessions, and enrichment activities, yoga classes, etc.
• Facilitate structured group activities in a fun, high-energy manner
• Engage parents and caregivers during classes
• Maintain a 4–6 week programming calendar
• Coordinate with management on marketing needs
• Assist with social media content ideas related to programming
• Maintain clean, organized activity areas
• Ensure supplies are stocked and materials are safe
• Develop age-appropriate activities for infant, toddlers and preschoolers
• Design, special events, and themed days
• Source and prepare materials for crafts and activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
