Senior Associate, Private Equity Accounting

Drive financial reporting for Private Equity clients as a Senior Associate. Oversee day-to-day administration and financial tasks, enhancing client deliverables with precision and expertise in hybrid work settings.

This role focuses on supporting financial operations for Private Equity clients, specifically through managing financial data, consolidations, and expense payments. Key responsibilities involve preparing various reports, cash reconciliations, and investor allocations in line with fund documents. Strong collaboration with clients and third parties is essential to ensure timely deliverables and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and load financial data into accounting systems
• Set up and review investment structure consolidations
• Process fund expense payments efficiently
• Book journal entries for cash payments and accruals
• Prepare NAV packages and investor allocations

Requirements

• Several years in Financial or Fund Accounting
• Preferred experience in Private Equity or Debt
• Familiarity with Investran is a plus
• CPA/ACCA/CA qualified is required
• Strong collaborative skills with third parties
