As a co-founder of this new educational venture, you will significantly influence the Montessori experience for students aged 6-12. Your role will involve facilitating individualized learning, setting up a rich classroom environment, and overseeing everyday school operations. Working closely with the Head Guide, you'll be responsible for building cultural practices and helping to create a collaborative community.

Requirements

• BC Teaching Certificate or eligibility required
• Minimum of 5 years teaching/leadership experience
• Passionate self-starter within a start-up climate
• Strong commitment to quality Montessori methodology
• Excellent collaborative and leadership skills
