Mechanic

Job Title: Truck & Equipment Mechanic (All-Around / Multi-Equipment)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dependable mechanic who can diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment, including heavy-duty trucks, light-duty vehicles, trailers, and recreational equipment such as side-by-sides (UTVs). This position requires someone who is versatile, hands-on, and comfortable working on both diesel and gas engines, as well as hydraulic and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy-duty trucks and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, filters, inspections)
• Work on a variety of equipment including pickups, trailers, small engines, and side-by-sides (UTVs)
• Troubleshoot engine performance issues (diesel and gas)
• Repair and maintain hydraulic systems and components
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Keep accurate service and repair records
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Respond to breakdowns in the field when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a mechanic (truck, diesel, or heavy equipment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of diesel and gas engines
• Experience with electrical diagnostics and repair
• Ability to work on a wide range of equipment, including UTVs/side-by-sides
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)

Work Environment

Compensation

• Pay based on experience
