We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to take ownership of our paid acquisition engine and turn it into a predictable, scalable growth channel.

Role Mission

Generate high-quality leads that convert into filed clients, efficiently and at scale.

This is not a campaign babysitting role. This is a true growth ownership role with performance incentives and direct revenue impact.

Core Responsibilities

Growth & Acquisition Strategy

  • Own the paid growth roadmap across Google & Meta
  • Design full-funnel acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
  • Continuously identify new growth opportunities and channels, including emerging paid platforms and community-driven acquisition sources

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Build, launch, manage and scale campaigns across:
  • Google Search, Display, YouTube
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Community-based acquisition channels, including targeted groups
  • Own bids, budgets, pacing, and performance optimization
  • Improve CPL, CVR, Quality Scores, and overall acquisition efficiency

Creative & Testing Engine

  • Create and test new ad concepts weekly (copy, creative, offers, formats)
  • Develop and test community-based acquisition messaging for platforms
  • Run disciplined A/B and multivariate testing programs
  • Develop audience, messaging, and funnel experiments

Technical Performance & Tracking

  • Ensure conversion tracking integrity across platforms and community sources
  • Own GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, events, and attribution
  • Identify and fix funnel leaks from click to filed

Reporting & Insights

  • Produce clear weekly and monthly growth reports across paid and community acquisition channels
  • Translate performance data into action plans and priorities
  • Partner with marketing & leadership on continuous improvement

Compensation Structure

This role is a performance-based compensation package tied directly to results. The stronger the results, the higher your total earnings.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on growth marketing & paid acquisition experience
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Strong technical fluency:
  • GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, events, conversion APIs
  • Attribution models and funnel analysis
  • Proven ability to scale lead gen while improving quality & efficiency
  • Obsession with testing, learning, and optimization
  • Comfort operating with real ownership and accountability
