Inside Sales Representative - Overnight

Position Title: Outside Sales Representative Location: Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Sales Manager MSH is working with a growing waste management company that provides waste and recycling services with a strong focus on reliability, customer service, and environmentally responsible solutions. As the company continues to expand, they are looking for motivated, energetic individuals who are excited to grow their careers in sales and make an impact in the field. We are seeking a motivated and personable Outside Sales Representative to join a growing waste management company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, prospecting for new business, and creating opportunities through persistence and strong communication. This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their sales career who is hungry, coachable, and excited to grow within a fast-paced and expanding organization. Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, canvassing, and territory outreach Build relationships with prospective and existing customers Identify customer needs and present service solutions that align with those needs Conduct site visits and in-person meetings with clients and prospects Maintain consistent follow-up and manage sales activity within the CRM Support account growth by providing strong customer service and staying engaged with clients Work closely with internal teams to help ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction 1+ years of sales experience, customer-facing experience, or business development experience preferred ~ Comfortable spending time in the field and meeting with clients in person ~ Motivated, driven, and confident in prospecting and building new relationships ~ Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus ~ Competitive base salary plus commission Opportunity to grow your sales career with a stable and expanding company Full benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Vehicle reimbursement and tools needed for success in the field
