What You’ll Do

• Analyze production processes and identify efficiencies
• Support time studies, line balancing, and capacity planning
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with production, engineering, and supply chain teams

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering (or related)
• Manufacturing experience (internship/co-op acceptable)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Knowledge of Lean principles (5S, CI)
