We are currently seeking an energetic and team-oriented Sales Associate to join our Scarborough location.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Store Support

• Support store leadership and work collaboratively with team members
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Continuously learn product knowledge and sales techniques

Operational Excellence

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, restocking, and inventory tasks
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
• Operate the POS system accurately for transactions and returns
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Sales & Customer Experience

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions
• Drive sales through product recommendations and upselling
• Support promotional events and in-store marketing initiatives
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset
