Provide entry level production support for ETL tools (DataStage, Talend and MSBI) in a 24x7 operational model.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems. Monitor and maintain databases and data pipelines
Alert ETL production failures promptly using troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
Optionally, leverage knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, GCP) and data bricks for added efficiencies
Ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and management across databases and data warehouses.
