Job Title: Program Manager (IAM) – Non-Technical

Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ (Onsite – 4 days/week)

Key Highlights:

Non-technical role – strong emphasis on executive-level communication

Candidates with spelling/communication errors will not be considered

Basic understanding of Cybersecurity domains required (IAM preferred)

Role Summary:

Seeking a Program Manager to act as a Chief of Staff to the IAM VP, managing deliverables across multiple directors. This role focuses on governance, reporting, risk management, and ensuring high-quality, timely execution of IAM initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage governance, reporting, and tracking of IAM deliverables

Create and present executive-level presentations

Drive program timelines, roadmaps, and quality standards

Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations

Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and planning

Facilitate meetings and drive decision-making

Must-Have Skills:

Exceptional written & verbal communication

Strong program management (end-to-end delivery)

Ability to work independently and proactively

Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts

Expertise in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet

Preferred

IAM domain exposure

Tableau / Power BI

Prior MSO/Comcast experience
