Job Description

**Overview**

  • *Responsibilities**:
  • Provide administrative support, including onboarding coordination and document management.
  • Collaborate with HSE personnel to provide administrative support.
  • Working knowledge of safety management systems; e.g) SiteDocs
  • Support accounting team with invoicing, filing and organization.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Providing basic user computer support is considered an asset.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented in data entry and records.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Excel in fast-paced, shifting environments.
  • *Requirements**:
  • Proficient in various computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving aptitude.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
