**Overview**
- *Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support, including onboarding coordination and document management.
- Collaborate with HSE personnel to provide administrative support.
- Working knowledge of safety management systems; e.g) SiteDocs
- Support accounting team with invoicing, filing and organization.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Providing basic user computer support is considered an asset.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented in data entry and records.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Clear communication skills.
- Excel in fast-paced, shifting environments.

- Proficient in various computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
