Role Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative / Cold Caller based in South Africa to support our U.S. real estate operation.
In this role, you’ll speak directly with homeowners, qualify leads, identify motivation, and move opportunities through our pipeline with strong notes, consistent follow-up, and clean CRM management.
This role fits someone who is confident on the phone, sharp in conversation, and comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
What You’ll Do
- Cold call homeowners from company-provided lists
- Qualify seller motivation, timeline, property condition, and overall fit
- Build rapport quickly and keep conversations focused
- Set appointments or hand off qualified opportunities with clear notes and next steps
- Follow up consistently to move warm leads forward
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Communicate professionally and clearly with U.S.-based prospects
Requirements
- Based in South Africa
- Available for 160–195 hours per month
- Able to work every other weekend
- Able to make calls for a minimum of 7 hours per day
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Neutral or U.S.-friendly accent
- Proven phone-based sales or cold calling experience
- Experience working with a U.S.-based company is preferred
- Real estate experience is preferred, especially wholesaling or investing
- Able to handle rejection, stay consistent, and perform without constant supervision
- References must be available and will be checked
Compensation
- Commission on closed deals
- $10 per hour
- Earning potential ($2000 to $4000 per month)
