In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the network infrastructure, with a focus on routing and switching configurations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper switches, along with a solid understanding of firewall operations.Key Responsibilities:Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.Manage VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), ensuring network redundancy and load balancing.Respond to complex network incidents and provide second-line support for escalated issues from L1 engineers.Participate in network upgrades and improvements, ensuring minimal disruption to services.Proficiency in Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols (VLANs, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols.Create IPSec VPNs in routers.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.Candidate Requirements:Relevant Experience: 5 to 8 years (as per client definition for L2).Certifications: CCNA and CCNP.Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper switches.Basic firewall operations knowledge.Strong troubleshooting and support skills in a NOC environment.Requirements added by the job poster 3+ years of work experience with Network Switches Can start immediately Working in an onsite setting 3+ years of work experience with Routing
