Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Commercial Insurance Agent based in Washington, DC, with opportunities to work remotely. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for consulting with clients to determine their insurance needs, providing expert recommendations, and selling a range of insurance products. The role also involves researching available policies, managing customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the brokerage team with relevant administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Background in Finance and understanding of risk management principles
• Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in using technology and managing remote communication tools
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Licensure as an Insurance Agent (or willingness to obtain licensure as required)
• Previous experience in commercial insurance or a related field is a plus
