Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365 Business Central

Job Summary & Responsibilities : Job Title : Sr Technical ConsultantWork Location : Hyderabad,Experience : 5 to 7 yearsRequired Skills : - In-depth Knowledge and Hands on experience in D365 Business Central / NAV Technical Skills including Extensions, Report Development, and upgradations and Integrations- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as a Technical Consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions with 5 to 7 years of experience.- Able to lead the Technical Consultants and Mentor them when needed.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development tools, including C/AL, AL, and Visual Studio Code.- Experience with integrating Business Central with other systems using technologies such as REST API, SOAP, OData, and Microsoft Flow/ Power Automate.- Knowledge in SQL Server- Experience in installations and configuring Business Central Instances.- Good to have the Functional knowledge on Business Central- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-800 : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant) are a plus.- Mandatory experience in Data Migration from various applications to Business Central- Mandatory implementation experience of Microsoft D365 Business Central.- Mandatory Experience in Web Services and Third part integrations- Needs the hands on experienced resource who can provide solutions quickly.- Strong understanding of when to use of native features and when it is appropriate to use custom development.- Ability to successfully communicate this information to both internal and client teams.- Participates with implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer term needs.- Provides current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.- Communicates complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills.- Ability to be client-facing including effectively communicating with the client, leading meetings, and capturing and distributing action items.
