• 1-3 years of experience in a high-profile or fine-dining environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Food handler’s license and TIPS alcohol certification may be required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Ability to stand and walk for 6 or more hours
• Ability to lift trays or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and major holidays
