Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our growing Beverage Industry operations at Manesar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, compliance, and day-to-day finance operations in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including vouchers, entries, and ledgers
• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliances and timely filings
• Bank reconciliation statements and cash/bank management
• Assist in audits and coordination with auditors
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, and expenses
• Support finance team in budgeting and cost control
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
